Terms

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using homelivingz.com and purchasing merchandise from Home Livingz. Please read them before placing an order and retain the terms and purchase information provided with your confirmation.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal or state law.

1. Business Information

Home Livingz is operated by:

Legal business name: [Insert business name]
Business address: [Insert complete address]
Customer service email: [Insert monitored email address]
Telephone: [Insert number, if available]

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to this business.

2. Using Our Website

You may use the website to browse products, make purchases, and access available customer services for lawful purposes.

Provide accurate information when ordering, registering an account, or contacting us. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or act with the authorization required by applicable law.

You must not introduce malicious software, access another person’s account without permission, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with website security. Automated access must not disrupt services, bypass restrictions, or infringe the rights of others.

3. Accounts and Login Details

Where customer accounts are available, keep your credentials confidential and update your contact information when necessary.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before making sensitive changes or disclosing account details.

Responsibility for unauthorized activity depends on the circumstances and applicable law. You are not automatically responsible for every action performed through your account.

4. Product Information

Review each product’s description, dimensions, materials, available options, care instructions, and intended use before ordering.

For furniture and larger household items, check the measurements of your intended space and relevant access routes, including doorways, stairs, hallways, and elevators.

Product images provide a visual reference. Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance, but this does not excuse supplying merchandise that materially differs from its description or agreed specifications.

Assembly, installation, and maintenance requirements apply only as described for the product. Follow supplied safety instructions and seek qualified assistance where required.

5. Orders and Acceptance

You can review your cart and correct your information before submitting an order. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. Unless a different acceptance point is clearly disclosed before purchase, we accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation identifying the goods covered by the contract.

Payment authorization or collection alone does not establish acceptance.

If we cannot accept an order, we will explain the issue and promptly refund amounts collected for the unaccepted merchandise. We will not substitute another item without your agreement.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Product prices, the transaction currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are displayed before you complete checkout. Optional additional charges require your agreement.

Payment methods are limited to those offered for your purchase. You must be authorized to use the selected method and complete any required verification.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges if your account uses a different currency.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their published conditions. Confirm that an eligible discount appears before paying.

7. Pricing and Listing Errors

If we identify a material error before accepting your order, we will provide corrected information and give you the choice of proceeding or canceling.

We will not increase an agreed charge without your authorization. Errors affecting an accepted contract will be handled under applicable law rather than an unrestricted right to change the price or cancel the purchase.

8. Customized and Made-to-Order Products

If customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are offered, review all specifications before submitting your order.

Preparation times and any restrictions on voluntary cancellation or returns must be disclosed before purchase. Selecting a standard size or color does not automatically make an item nonreturnable.

These restrictions do not remove remedies required by law for defective, incorrectly made, or misrepresented merchandise.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Available destinations, delivery services, shipping charges, processing times, and transit estimates are provided before purchase.

For orders covered by the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we ship within the stated timeframe or, if no timeframe is stated, within the applicable default period—generally 30 days after receipt of a properly completed order.

If we cannot ship on time, we provide the required notice and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. Further delays and any required consent are handled according to applicable law.

Carrier arrival estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly described as guaranteed. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

10. Large-Item Delivery and Access

Where freight or scheduled delivery is offered, the service level will be explained before purchase. Indoor placement, assembly, installation, or packaging removal is included only when expressly stated.

Please check product dimensions and disclose known access restrictions when arranging delivery.

Any additional delivery, storage, or transportation charge must have a lawful basis, follow conditions disclosed before purchase, and be explained before it is applied.

Signing a delivery receipt does not automatically waive rights concerning concealed damage or defects.

11. Order Changes and Cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address, change a product option, or request cancellation.

Whether an amendment is possible depends on the processing stage and any customization already underway. A change is completed only when confirmed.

If shipment cannot be stopped, applicable return options remain available. These practical limitations do not override legal cancellation or refund rights.

12. Returns and Exchanges

Our Returns and Refunds policy explains the return window, product-condition requirements, return transportation costs, exclusions, and refund processing arrangements.

Restrictions and fees must be disclosed before purchase. The conditions applicable to your order will not be made more restrictive retroactively.

Obtain the correct return address before shipping merchandise or arranging collection. The original sender address may not be our returns address.

Exchanges depend on availability. Any price difference or additional transportation charge will be explained before you agree to proceed.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is missing parts, appears defective, or differs from your order. Provide your order reference or other reasonable proof of purchase and describe the issue.

Photos may help us assess the problem. Keep packaging where practical during the review, but do not continue using an item that appears unsafe.

Obtain appropriate instructions before returning broken glass, damaged batteries, leaking products, or other potentially hazardous materials.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable law and any additional promise made with your purchase. A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace rights you may have against us.

14. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our published policies and applicable law.

Refunds generally return to the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed upon and permitted by law. We will not substitute store credit for a legally required monetary refund without your agreement.

Any permitted deduction will be explained. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit after issuance.

15. Website Content and Ownership

Text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners.

You may browse and save reasonable extracts for personal, noncommercial use. Other copying, alteration, publication, or commercial exploitation requires permission unless permitted by law.

Mentioning a brand does not, by itself, establish sponsorship, endorsement, or an authorized retailer relationship.

16. Reviews and Contributions

Where public submissions are enabled, provide honest, relevant content based on your experience. Do not submit unlawful material, deliberately misleading statements, another person’s private information, or content you lack permission to publish.

You retain ownership of your original contributions. By submitting content for publication, you grant us nonexclusive permission to display it for that purpose and make reasonable formatting changes without changing its meaning.

We may moderate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, or rights-infringing material. Genuine reviews will not be removed solely because they are negative.

17. Privacy and External Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies and the choices available to you.

Using the website does not, by itself, provide any consent required for optional tracking or marketing.

External services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Our responsibility for linked or integrated services is determined by applicable law.

18. Website Availability

Maintenance, technical faults, or security incidents may temporarily affect access.

We may take reasonable, proportionate measures to address suspected misuse or protect users. Where appropriate, we will explain an account restriction and provide a way to contact us about a possible error.

Access restrictions or interruptions do not remove valid rights relating to existing purchases, returns, refunds, or complaints.

19. Responsibility and Consumer Rights

Our responsibility for products, services, and resulting losses is governed by applicable law.

These terms do not disclaim warranties, exclude liability, or restrict remedies where doing so would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Events outside our reasonable control do not automatically remove refund obligations or other legal rights.

20. Complaints and Disputes

Contact us using the details above or our Contact Us page. Include your order number, describe the issue, and explain the resolution you are seeking.

Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising payment-dispute rights, reporting concerns to authorities, or seeking relief through a court with jurisdiction. Applicable filing and dispute deadlines continue to apply.

21. Changes to These Terms

Updates apply to future purchases and website use. They will not retroactively reduce rights under an existing order.

Material changes affecting an ongoing contractual service will be handled with any notice and agreement required by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
